In the busy world we live in, we appreciate that sometimes appointments are forgotten. However, your therapist’s time is very valuable, as is yours. Your therapist will be at the Salon waiting for you and they do need to be compensated if you do not arrive for your appointment. Below are our terms and conditions which all customers agree to abide by.
If you wish to change your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can contact us via email, telephone call or text. This will allow us sufficient time to be able to offer your time slot to another client and allow your deposit to be carried over to your rearranged appointment. A “no show fee” of £20.00 in addition to forfeiting the deposit could be charged.
All clients are required to book a Patch Test, at least 48 hours before their eyelash extension/ tint/lash lift/brow lamination/henna brow appointment.
Failure to attend the patch test will result in you being refused the treatment when attending their appointment and your deposit being lost. In this scenario, the deposit will not be transferred to another appointment.
We ask all our customers to arrive at their appointment, on time with a clean/makeup free face, eyes and lashes. Time spent cleaning will mean less time for your treatment.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked treatment. In this scenario, if your treatment is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the treatment.
To guarantee consistency and quality of the final set, we do not offer infills on work done by another lash technician/nail technician. We ask customers to book a removal and a new full set.
Customers will be entitled to a full refund if the below criteria and process has been followed:
● Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical
certificate.
● Customers must inform the business in writing/via email if they wish to proceed with a refund via info@levechetanningandbeauty.com or by writing to 52 Langley Road, Chedgrave, Norwich, NR14 6HE.
● The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchasing the service.
We do not accept any refund on products purchased directly from Leveche Tanning & Beauty.
If an item is faulty, you will be offered an exchange or repair. We ask you to notify us within 1 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required and/or that the item was faulty at the time of purchase.
