Overview
Leveche Tanning & Beauty is a modern tanning and beauty salon offering high-performance stand-up sunbeds and a wide range of professional beauty treatments in a calm, welcoming environment. We specialise in UV and Collatan tanning, promoting safe, responsible practice and outstanding customer care.

Purpose of the Role
- Tanning Consultant: Provide expert, safe tanning advice.
- Sales Advisor: Recommend and promote products/services tailored to client needs.
- Therapist Support: Maintain treatment rooms and assist smooth day-to-day operations.
- Salon Care: Keep the salon hygienic, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service so every client feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
- Advise on tanning and beauty services; recommend suitable products and treatment packages.
- Handle reception duties: bookings, phone calls, and messages promptly and accurately.
- Keep reception and all salon areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Prepare, clean, and reset beauty treatment rooms before and after each appointment (including laundry, waste disposal, surface/equipment sanitisation, stock top-ups, and ambience checks).
- Support daily operations and escalate issues/complaints to the Director quickly.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Sensitivity to client needs; calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Confident recommending and selling treatments/products.
- Good IT skills for booking and payment systems.
Desirable:
- Previous salon/spa experience.
- Knowledge of tanning and beauty products/services.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
